World Music Concert – Performances by Konami Japanese Music Ensemble, Members of the Motor City Brass Band, Xiao Dong Wei, Yuki Mack, Pia Maria Bucco, Nandini Rawal and others.

Chamber Musicians & Friends of the DSO

Chamber Musicians and Friends of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra will be
performing at the Steinway Piano Gallery of Detroit.

Featured performers are DSO musicians: Donald Baker, principal oboe; Randall Hawes, bass trombone; and Jeffery Zook, piccolo.

Performing familiar and new music with them are long-time friends of these DSO wind instrumentalists, Ann Arbor pianists Michele Cooker and Kathryn Goodson. Repertoire will include pieces by Schumann, Bach, Cimarosa and more.

Wine and cheese will be served.

Suggested donation of $10 per person.
